Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and Lead the Sales Team

Develop and implement strategies to motivate and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Supervise the Sales Floor

Supervise the sales floor to ensure that all areas are covered during peak times, and that customers receive excellent service.

Ensure Operational Standards

Ensure that all operational standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, cash management, and inventory management, are consistently met.

Train and Develop the Team

Train and develop the team on fitting room and cash wrap standards, and assist when needed in those zones.

Assist Management

Assist management in identifying and addressing any issues in the store, and provide support as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
