Job Title: System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team at The 20. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our computer systems, network servers, workstations, and networking equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and configure computer systems, network servers, workstations, and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications to the project team and manager for planning and implementing new or upgrades to IT infrastructure (hardware or software).
  • Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts to ensure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with minimal disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Support for Microsoft-related technologies.
  • Windows Servers (FSMO, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Active Directory.
  • Azure.
  • Microsoft 365.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration.
  • Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams Online.
  • Intune.
  • Azure AD.
  • Virtualization.
  • VMWare.
  • Hyper-V.
  • Firewall implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge and experience with complex networking environments.
  • Deep understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, File Sharing, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A+, Net+, or Sec+ certifications, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with all modern operating systems.
  • Experience with documentation platforms such as IT Glue.
  • Experience with Kaseya BMS and VSA.

  • Consistent hand and finger dexterity necessary to operate computer equipment.
  • Consistently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and see.
  • Routine use of hands to type.
  • Occasional need to stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, crawl, reach, and stretch.
  • Occasional need to walk around the office.
  • Consistent vision abilities required; close vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.
  • May require travel dependent on company needs.
  • Occasional need to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Environmental Conditions:

The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).

Work is in an open office environment with steady conversation and interruption.
