Position Overview:

Our client is in search of a Director of Scheduling to enhance their dynamic team. This boutique firm is recognized for its exemplary work on high-profile projects and is eager to find a candidate with your specialized skills.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Scheduler, you will be integral in developing schedules from the initial concept phase through to project completion. This role is ideal for a mid-level scheduler with a keen interest in federal and public sector architectural and engineering design projects. The position promises significant opportunities for career advancement, leadership training, and mentorship within the project management team.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in construction scheduling utilizing Primavera P6 software.
  • Proven expertise in Earned Value Management, time-impact analysis, and handling delay claims and change orders.
  • Experience with MTA agencies and railroad projects is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to generate both simple and complex analytical schedule reports.
  • Experience with Power Business Intelligence (BI) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and practices.
  • Preferred certifications include AACE in planning and scheduling or PMP Certification.
