Position Summary

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Specialist at Merlin Entertainments. In this role, you will support visitors with reservations, transactions, and inquiries in a vibrant and fast-paced setting. You will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service through multiple communication platforms while aiming to surpass performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via telephone, email, and online chat.
  • Assist visitors with reservations, transactions, and promote additional offerings.
  • Professionally address non-sales inquiries with accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate visitor records in booking and customer relationship management systems.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet shared objectives.
  • Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay updated.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Flexible availability to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings.
