Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted technical advisor.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve their goals.
- Innovate and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption.
- Handle all incoming Autodesk-related technical support requests from customers.
- Respond to support requests via multiple channels and follow documented processes.
- Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system.
- Research, verify, and document product defects.
- Remain informed on improvements in Installation and Licensing technology.
- Dispatch higher-level support requests to an appropriate product specialist (internal and external).
- Manage the technical support request queue, ensuring timely ticket closure.
- Utilize customer input to assist in generating sales tools, materials, or content that clearly articulate the advantages of Autodesk solutions.
- Recognize and pass on potential leads for customers that are uncovered during support calls.
- Follow up calls to customers to ensure they are using and adopting their software.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows.
- Ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter, willing to travel primarily in Michigan and Ohio but may extend to other locations in the US.
- Ability to conduct oneself in a group setting as a leader and expert.
