Customer Experience Specialist II

Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Specialist is a key member of the sales team at PAC Worldwide, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Process customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise
- Work closely with sales representatives to understand customer needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate returns, credits, and replacement orders
- Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or college certification preferred
