Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Specialist is a key member of the sales team at PAC Worldwide, responsible for managing customer relationships, monitoring shipping and receiving, inventory control, and demand management for assigned accounts. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and expectations, ensuring timely service and resolution of issues.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate returns, credits, and replacement orders.
- Develop knowledge of PAC software and systems, including D365, CRM, and EDI.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or college certification preferred.
