If you are passionate about customer satisfaction and making every interaction a great one, this is the job for you PAC is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic CES team. In this important position, you'll be the friendly voice and face of our company, managing all customer relations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat, etc. - Processing customer orders accurately and promptly - Updating customers on order status and resolving any issues - Analyzing ways to improve customer experience and processes - Working cross-functionally with sales, production, accounting teams - Shift time 10am - 7pm (West Coast coverage) To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in customer service, manufacturing, or a related field. Top-notch communication abilities and excellent attention to detail are musts. We need someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while always keeping the customer top priority.
