Job Summary:

We are seeking 4 Business Analysts to participate in a Software upgrade in the Banking default space. The candidate will collaborate with both the Technical and Business teams. We need a strong, adaptable personality to navigate resistance and drive change effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in Jira for planning, tracking, and managing tasks
  • Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Proven experience in software implementation
  • Familiarity with Default in the Banking Industry
  • Knowledge of any version of CACS(CGI Default software)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Experience in data mapping is a plus
