Customer Experience Improvement Advocate

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Improvement Advocate. This position is eligible for remote work and comes with a standard Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm EST.
This individual will be responsible for conducting performance coaching, maintaining quality standards, and providing expert advice to leadership on operational improvements. As a key member of the Patient Access and Service Center Leadership team, the Customer Experience Improvement Advocate will play a pivotal role in driving high patient satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing ongoing training and education materials for the Patient Access Specialist role, building awareness of available resources, and collaborating with team members to create individualized goals for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years of related experience in a similar work environment will be considered. Additionally, the successful candidate will have 2+ years of call center and/or QA experience, preferably with 1+ year in healthcare.
A strong customer service background and experience with Contact Center operations are essential for this role. Teaching or training experience of adults is also highly desirable.
This position offers a competitive salary, with estimates suggesting a range of $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
