Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Advocate Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions and evaluate patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing
- Experience in critical care or a related field
- Advanced certification in a specialty area
- Leadership or education experience
