BRP is in search of a forward-thinking, results-driven, customer-focused Senior Product Manager - Technical to spearhead the expansion of groundbreaking products in the Buyer Abuse sector. In this capacity, you will evaluate customer and financial implications and collaborate closely with business and technical partners to launch new initiatives and features on a global scale.
A successful candidate will be expected to take ownership and achieve our objectives in collaboration with business, software, science, and operational teams. The ideal individual will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-oriented, team-focused, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines. They will possess a proven history of end-to-end ownership and successful delivery of results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. A passion for dissecting complex challenges, understanding customer needs, and delivering comprehensive solutions through continuous improvement is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product and program planning to enhance seller satisfaction.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently across diverse environments.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, organizing and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, design, business, and engineering teams on roadmap prioritization.
- Establish cross-team mechanisms for communicating program priorities and gathering input from senior leadership.
- Clearly articulate program goals, desired outcomes, risks/issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Support and enhance existing products with thoughtful and measurable impacts.
