Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential administrative support to project managers to maintain project progress.
  • Maintain accurate project data in the CRM system and prepare necessary paperwork.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
  • Assist with quote approval, sales order creation, and invoice generation.
  • Input signage orders into production tracking system and address production-related queries.
  • Coordinate installation requests and assist with organizing installation documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of project tasks and assist with project closeout activities.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support across various departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support roles and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), PDF, and CRM related systems for data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of architectural signage manufacturing, including blueprint reading and project workflows.
Work Schedule:

Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM, Monday to Friday (45-minute unpaid lunch break).

Compensation:

$18 - $23 per hour, commensurate with experience.
