About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mission Assurance Representative Engineer to join our team at A I Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to minimize escapes and drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
  • Provide independent technical assessments and evaluations of supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with system design, development, and operation.
  • Conduct on-site verification and auditing at supplier facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in hardware acceptance reviews and program milestone reviews to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program and a minimum of 7 years of experience in quality, mission assurance, or systems engineering.
  • Proven experience in providing quality and mission assurance on systems, system elements, and components.
  • Security clearance: SECRET or ability to obtain prior to start.
