Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amusement Manager to join our team at Round1. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our arcades and cranes, ensuring that they are operating at optimal levels and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the arcades and cranes, including staff supervision, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that the department is operating within budget.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure that all aspects of the department are operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industries.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
