Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinic Services Specialist 2 to join our team at Multiple Locations - Portland Metro. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences, ensuring seamless clinic operations, and supporting our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations
  • Verify insurance coverage and process registrations to ensure accurate billing
  • Balance copay money and daily/weekly deposits to maintain financial accuracy
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and staff
  • Mentor and support other team members to promote a culture of excellence

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of healthcare experience or equivalent education in admitting, medical records, or applicable clerical support
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic systems
  • Excellent communication and keyboard skills
