Join Our Team as a Care Coordinator Assistant

United Homecare Services, a non-profit organization, is seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon. As a Care Coordinator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our care coordinators in providing exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain professional communication with clients, caregivers, and team members via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating client and caregiver appointments.
  • Provide support with client intake, assessment, and care planning.
  • Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in healthcare or social services, preferably working with the elderly population.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a 20-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm.
