Position:

Production Shift Supervisor

Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production workflows and quality assurance during the shift
  • Lead a team comprising operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality benchmarks in manufacturing
  • Compile shift reports and track production objectives
  • Manage heat treatment operations and equipment technologies
  • Educate staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications Needed:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with ASTM standards and radiation safety
  • X-Ray/LPI certification is required
  • Capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to the CPC Production Leader and upper management.
