We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pallet Sorter to join our team at Rehrig Pacific Company. As a Pallet Sorter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate sorting of pallets, meeting quality and quantity goals.

• Quality Control: Inspect and sort pallets accurately, based on manufacturer, quality, and grade, as determined through visual inspection and repair process.
• Production Expectations: Meet minimum production and quality requirements, with a focus on consistent and efficient performance.
• Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to established safety behaviors, processes, and procedures.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with diverse team members to achieve production and quality goals.

• Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Skills: Familiarity with pallet jacks and forklift operation (training and certification provided).
• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or comparable work-related experience is preferred.
