As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing mentorship programs, providing clinical oversight, and fostering team collaboration within your clinics.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting all requirements of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst, including caseload management as necessary.
  • Adhering to all agency policies and procedures, demonstrating professionalism and approachability for families and team members.
  • Supervising a select group of BCBAs, providing mentorship and guidance while maintaining clinical skills through active participation in treatment settings.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with families to advance the agency's mission, addressing any concerns regarding ABA goals and treatment services.
  • Ensuring timely completion of daily notes by team members to facilitate accurate billing.
  • Monitoring compliance with agency and state policies during service delivery.
  • Maintaining high utilization rates for accounts and addressing any issues with the VP of Clinical Operations.
  • Encouraging a strong work ethic and loyalty among team members.
  • Providing on-site coaching and training to technicians working with assigned BCBA caseloads.
  • Participating in weekly management meetings to discuss agency updates and collaborate with peers.
  • Facilitating weekly clinical collaboration meetings to enhance teamwork and address agency matters.
  • Creating and coordinating clinical training materials and support curriculum.
  • Managing training events in collaboration with the administrative team.
  • Delivering hands-on training to new and existing BCBAs to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance and quality in all clinical operations, reporting any discrepancies to the VP of Clinical Operations.
  • Preparing weekly reports tracking key metrics for area locations.
  • Promoting a positive team culture and coordinating team-building activities.
  • Actively working towards departmental goals in collaboration with leadership.
  • Maintaining professional knowledge through ongoing education and networking.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or a related field with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with early childhood and autism assessment tools, along with knowledge of child development.
  • Expertise in applied behavior analysis techniques and the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team leader, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to professional development.
  • Compliance with CEU requirements to maintain certification.
  • Valid driver's license and a clear background check.
