Oversee lead management and client projects from inception to completion.
Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.

Implement the Kitchen Tune-Up sales methodology (training provided). Demonstrate confidence in closing sales, persistently follow up, and possess a strong drive for success.

Document and track interactions in our CRM system.
Present a professional image that reflects the brand, and establish yourself as an industry expert.
Engage regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager, adhering to the sales process guidelines.

Generate leads at home shows and various networking, industry, and community events.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in in-home sales
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient with computers and smartphones
- Highly motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with social media management is a plus.

Enthusiastic and optimistic with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and conduct suitable for client interactions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
$115,000 - $200,000.00 annually Kitchen Tune-Up enhances lives through kitchen design and remodeling. Our experts uplift and modernize kitchens using our 5 Trustpoints to ensure an unparalleled experience. Our core services include our exclusive 1 Day Wood Restoration Tune-Up, Cabinet Re-Facing, Redooring, Cabinet Painting, and Custom Cabinets. While the kitchen is the heart of the home, our people are the core of our company. At Kitchen Tune-Up, we value our team members.
