Oversee lead management and client projects from inception to completion.
Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure prompt follow-up with prospects.
Execute the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training provided). Exhibit confidence in closing sales, persistently follow up, and possess a strong desire to excel.
Document and track interactions in our CRM software.
Represent the brand professionally in appearance and demeanor, establishing yourself as an industry expert.
Communicate consistently with the franchise owner and sales manager, adhering to the sales process guidelines.
Generate leads at home shows and various networking, industry, and local events.
Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in in-home sales High attention to detail Proficient in computer and smartphone use Highly motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic Familiarity with social media: Knowledge of managing a Facebook business page and responding to messages is preferred but not mandatory.

Our 5 Core Services include our exclusive 1 Day Wood Restoration Tune-Up, Cabinet Re-Facing, Redooring, Cabinet Painting, and Custom Cabinets.
