Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Guest Services Team, the Patient Reception Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcomes patients and guests, providing essential information while upholding confidentiality standards.Safely assists in the transportation of patients, ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained and utilizing appropriate transfer techniques.Maintains a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency.Collaborates with the Patient Experience Office to deliver comprehensive service support.Performs additional duties as assigned to enhance operational effectiveness.
Compensation:
Position Compensation Range: $20.74 Hourly

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience necessary.
Licensure: Virginia Driver's License (VADL) preferred.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, frequent driving, and occasional bending or stooping. Candidates must possess proficient communication, auditory, and visual skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to write legibly. The position may involve lifting, pushing, or pulling weights exceeding 100 lbs. As the role may be outdoors, candidates should be prepared for seasonal weather conditions and potential exposure to various environmental factors.
