Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Preferred: 1 year of clerical experience in an automotive dealership, though training is available for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds Software is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process commission sheets for sales personnel payroll.
- Verify inventory for accurate financial reporting.
- Manage incoming and outgoing funds.
- Handle unit payoffs.
- Maintain accounting schedules.
- Assist in vehicle management tasks.
- Ensure accurate processing of all motor vehicle documentation.
- Conduct audits on retail transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
