Description:

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic Hardware Team responsible for the development and integration of cutting-edge hardware systems. Your primary focus will be on supporting daily activities related to hardware issues, maintaining detailed design documents, and participating in technical reviews and peer reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate into a new Hardware Team for a new mission
  • Support daily activities regarding hardware issues
  • Maintain detailed design documents to include rack drawings, component specs, and interconnect diagrams
  • Participate in Technical Reviews/Interchanges and Peer Reviews
  • Work under supervision in support of larger team goals
  • Support Ad hoc tasking and stretch assignments as outlined by Program Technical Leaders
  • Assist with continuous improvement, emphasize outcomes over metrics, and be a good teammate
  • Work as part of a technical team of systems engineers, network engineers, system administrators, and radio frequency engineers toward a common goal
Requirements:
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to operate spectrum analyzers/network analyzers
  • Ability to travel to install sites
  • Experience with and knowledge of hardware installation procedures
  • Previous program Experience (SBIRS or other OPIR program)
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of start date)
  • Must be willing and able to support 24x7 operations
