Job Title: Hardware Engineer

Ennoble First, Inc. is seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing computing hardware and electrical components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and design development of COTS or custom computing hardware and electrical components.
  • Develop designs for the installation of components and assemblies into chassis, racks, cabinets, workstations, and shelters.
  • Plan, direct, review, and coordinate preparation of project documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met.
  • Prepare specifications, evaluate vendors, and analyze test reports.
  • Work is to be done in accordance with SBIRS processes.
Requirements:
  • Active Top Secret security clearance (ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance)
  • General knowledge/experience in Linux
  • Ability to support 24x7 operations environment (Panama Schedule)
  • Security + certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
  • System troubleshooting skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work as a member of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelors degree is desired but not required (can exchange minimum 4 years' experience in lieu of degree)
