  • Ability to work non-routine schedules and respond to call-ins.
  • Mechanical aptitude, math, and computer skills.
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with other departments, including vendors, colleagues, and subordinates.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze data and information, assess and resolve complex problems/issues.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow all applicable SOPs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.

  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and according to established and shifting timelines.
  • Ability to make quality scheduling, resource allocation, and priorities decisions.
