Senior Partner Development Manager

Our System Integrator (SI) partners play a vital role in bringing our customers' data-driven ambitions to life by implementing and harnessing the power of the Snowflake Data Cloud for cutting-edge workloads and use cases. Through our partnerships, we empower companies to equip their employees with the data they need when and how they need it to better engage their customers, optimize their operations, and transform their products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Go-to-Market: Collaborate with partners to develop comprehensive joint business plans, drive joint GTM strategies, and define joint industry solutions and offerings.
  • Practice Development: Inspire partners to grow their Snowflake practices, evaluate their expertise and capabilities, and activate GTM programs accordingly.
  • Results-oriented Partner Management: Manage the alliance development lifecycle for partners, building and owning 360-degree relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner and customer experiences, share feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Co-Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate and execute co-marketing activities to increase partner brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Deal Support: Assist partners in navigating Snowflake's partner program and sales process, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, business development in technology.
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets.
  • Track record of success and established relationships with Snowflake's System Integrators.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud environments is preferred.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $193,000 - $269,300. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
