We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at OhioHealth Neuro Transitional Center. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping patients with brain injuries or spinal cord injuries regain their independence and return home.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and cooking
  • Drive patients to medical appointments and community activities
  • Assist rehabilitation therapists with patient activities
  • Perform nurse-delegated tasks after completing training, including taking vital signs and administering peg tube feedings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current State Driver's License in good standing
  • Certified BLS completion
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or related field preferred
