Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team at Donaldson Plastic Surgery, LLC. As a key member of our functional medicine team, you'll work closely with our Director and providers to administer treatments, provide excellent customer care, and promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage lab draw process, including drawing blood, shipping samples, confirming received results, and assisting patients.
  • Room wellness patients, taking and recording vitals, and collecting and interpreting urine dips.
  • Assist in patient discharge and administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and stocking.
  • Prepare rooms for client appointments and gather information from clients to build relationships and facilitate genuine interactions.
Requirements
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred
  • Phlebotomy Certification required
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an outpatient setting
