We are seeking a skilled Property Claim Representative to join our team. As a Property Claim Representative, you will be responsible for evaluating and resolving personal and business property claims. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide quality claim handling throughout the claim life cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and resolve personal and business property claims
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide quality claim handling
- Participate in our Catastrophe Response Program, which may include deployment away from home for a minimum of 16 days to assist customers in other states
- Complete virtual inspections of losses, including accurate scope of damages, photographs, written estimates, and/or computer-assisted estimates
- Handle claims and other functional work involving one or more lines of business other than property
- Resolve claims within settlement authority - Intermediate
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of outside property claim handling experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to use sound judgment to analyze and resolve claims
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize multiple claims simultaneously
