Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Telephonic Claims Initiation Representative to join our team at Lincoln Financial Group. As a Telephonic Claims Initiation Representative, you will be responsible for answering claimants' calls regarding disability and FMLA claims in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with claimants, providing education and guidance on their claim or leave needs.
  • Initiate claims or leaves, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-1+ years of administrative support, customer service, and/or data entry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written).
