Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including our restaurants, corporate office, and commercial bakery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing air conditioning filters, clearing drain lines, and cleaning condensers and evaporator coils.
  • Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential issues and perform repairs as needed.
  • Conduct general maintenance tasks, such as greasing pulleys and bearings, and replacing fan motors.
  • Assist with special projects, such as equipment installations and renovations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
