Dialysis Clinic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Dialysis Clinic Manager or Facility Administrator at our dialysis clinic in Alaska. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinic team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the clinic's operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation, to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining a culture of quality and excellence.
- Patient Care: Foster a patient-centered approach, promoting excellent care and outcomes, and ensuring patient satisfaction and engagement.
- Staff Development: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting career growth and advancement.
- Financial Management: Manage the clinic's budget, resources, and financial performance, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Education: Graduated from an accredited Registered Nurse program with current Alaska license or eligibility to obtain.
- Experience: Three years of dialysis experience, with a minimum of six months in a leadership or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records databases.
