Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Clinic Manager or Facility Administrator at our dialysis clinic in Wasilla, AK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective plans to optimize personnel and facility utilization.
  • Coordinate the activities of nursing staff and ensure seamless execution of physician orders.
  • Maintain accurate and complete unit charting and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education to patients and their families.
  • Manage clinic records, reports, and statistics to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Oversee personnel actions, including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program with current Alaska licensure or eligibility.
  • Experience as a dialysis technician with CCHT certification preferred.
  • Three years of dialysis experience preferred; six months required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and implement government standards.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records databases.
