Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- A robust background in go-to-market strategies, particularly in closing roles and outbound sales efforts.
- Experience in enterprise-level sales roles, with a thorough understanding of the complete sales lifecycle.
- A minimum of 2 years in sales, consulting, or related GTM roles, ideally within complex software environments.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or GTM enablement.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation abilities, with a knack for advocating new ideas and initiatives.
- The capability to build strong working relationships, demonstrating personal credibility and influence.
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in team settings while delivering cohesive training experiences.
- A keen interest in learning new technologies and utilizing innovative training methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits:
For positions in California (excluding the Bay Area), we offer a competitive base salary range of $88,300 - $145,700, along with equity options (where applicable), variable compensation, and comprehensive benefits. Sales roles typically feature an attractive On Target Earnings (OTE) structure. Please note that the base salary is a guideline, and total compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location.
