Job Description

Post University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Faculty member to join our online accelerated degree program. As an Associate Faculty member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional learning experiences to our students, fostering a supportive and inclusive online community, and contributing to the university's mission of providing high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach online courses in alignment with Post University's Associate Faculty expectations, utilizing Blackboard as the learning management system.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in areas such as data mining, data management, business performance management, and business intelligence tools.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to promote student learning and success.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, addressing their academic and personal needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and university staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive online learning environment.
Requirements:
  • A directly related doctoral-level degree is required.
  • College teaching experience (two or more years) is desired, with the ability to teach students online using Blackboard.
  • Desire to experience 21st-century models of teaching and learning.
  • Possess integrity and work ethic.
  • Has superior relationship-building skills with students or other associates.
  • Demonstrates affinity for the mission of higher education.
  • Has computer and systems usage competency. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, R, and Power BI are desired.

Post University offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
