Job Title: Associate Experience Student Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student worker to join our Associate Experience Department at Post University. As a student worker, you will provide administrative and clerical support to our associates, assisting with daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry into our HRIS database
  • Assist with interview scheduling
  • Draft offer letters in ADP WFN
  • PAF initiation/completion
  • Update recruiting, new hire, and swag spreadsheets
  • Greet associates, students, and guests, and determine the nature of their visit to best assist them
  • Assist with compliance audits, data gathering, and mailings
  • Maintain the AE office, supply closet, front room, and AF lounge
  • Assist in paper to digital transformation
  • Filing and scanning
  • Maintain the bulletin board
  • Distribute checks to associates and students
  • Handle confidential information

Requirements:

  • Must be a current student of the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University with a sophomore standing or higher
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with department associates, University students, and guests
  • Brings positive energy and motivation to the department
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

What You'll Gain:
