The Maintenance Director is responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our healthcare facility, including equipment and surroundings. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the maintenance department and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
  • Supervise the maintenance department, including orientation and training of new staff
  • Maintain fire alarm and emergency generator systems to minimize the risk of fire and accidents
  • Manage maintenance records and reports, and perform budget planning
  • Be on-call for emergencies 24/7
  • Operate the TELS platform for life safety, regulatory, and daily tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned
