Pacific University is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Director of Audiology for our School of Audiology. As a key member of our College of Health Professions, you will provide administrative leadership and academic guidance to our faculty and students.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the School of Audiology
  • Develop and implement academic programs and policies
  • Recruit and retain high-quality faculty and staff
  • Oversee the Pacific EARClinic, our on-campus audiology clinic
  • Collaborate with College of Health Professions Deans and Directors to support Pacific University's strategic plan
  • Represent the School of Audiology in local, state, and national audiology associations and organizations
Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree in audiology or a related field
  • Eligibility to be licensed in Oregon as an Audiologist
  • Proven success in academic administration, budget management, and teaching
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated record of scholarship commensurate with the rank of Associate or Full Professor with tenure
