Job Description

**Job Title:** Implementation Specialist

**Job Summary:** Engage Employer, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, processing initial payrolls, and maintaining account relationships until the client is ready to transition to the Payroll Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Sales Hand Off Meetings: Schedule meetings with sales and team members to review client details prior to the first contact.
  • Implementation Meetings: Schedule implementation meetings with clients and team members to provide a warm welcome and begin the data-gathering process. Schedule additional meetings throughout the implementation phase.
  • Client Services Coordination: Coordinate client services with other Engage team members and vendors, such as the Engage Insurance Agency, Benefits, Risk, IT, Finance, and Time and Attendance vendors.
  • Account Configuration: Configure client company accounts in the HRIS system.
  • Project Management: Maintain project milestones and tasks in the project management system, ensuring the client is engaged and completing tasks as assigned and in accordance with the timeline. Set priorities with clients and communicate issues or delays with the internal service team and sales.
  • Employee File Analysis: Analyze and scrub employee files for import into the HRIS system to begin new hire onboarding.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Monitor onboarding with clients and coordinate with Benefits in preparation for enrollment.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll for clients during each pay period and follow all Payroll Operations department procedures. Handle all off-cycle requests, check voids, and direct deposit reversals.
  • Implementation Tasks: Complete all implementation tasks, confirm account is complete, and update client and payroll notes prior to account transition to the Payroll Operations department.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of payroll implementation in PrismHR and/or 5 years of payroll implementation or a combination thereof.
  • Skills: ClientSpace and PrismHR knowledge is required. Experience must include PEO implementation and payroll. Proficient with MS Office and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Communication: Ability to write reports and business correspondence; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, the Payroll team, Clients, and the general public.
  • Decision-Making: Sound reasoning and decision-making are essential.
