Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for building customized payroll platforms, communicating with clients, and ensuring seamless implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main and single point of contact with new clients during implementation process
  • Build customized payroll platform in coordination with other services sold and other departments as necessary
  • Responsible for collection of data in order to build current year payroll to balance the new system to previous quarterly and individual payroll information
  • Communicate with other departments that status and coordinate additional product setup with implementation setup
Requirements
  • Two to three years payroll experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment
  • You are hungry to learn, humble enough to listen, and forming deep relationships is one of your greatest strengths
