New Item Development Manager

Kimball Midwest is seeking a New Item Development Manager to join our Marketing Department. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new product sales and creating effective marketing strategies.
You will work closely with the category management team to identify gaps in our assortment and develop plans to fill them. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner are essential for this position.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in product sourcing. Knowledge of Excel and SQL is preferred. We offer a hybrid work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:- Generating new product sales of at least 0.25% of corporate sales.
- Creating effective marketing strategies to promote new products.
- Working with the category management team to identify gaps in our assortment.
