Revenue Development Manager

We are seeking a Revenue Development Manager to join our team at Hardware Specialty Co., Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. You will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and working closely with our field sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, tracking sales performance, and providing regular updates to management on sales progress. You will work closely with our customer-facing teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
