Job Summary

Parrish Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Operations & Client Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing preventative maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer support requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct regular meetings with contract customers to discuss their needs and concerns
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance for all contract customers, including scheduling and resource management
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and equipment inventory
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team

Requirements:

  • 1 year of previous administrative experience
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks on a computer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 50+ wpm
