About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Carrier to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a Key Carrier, you will play a critical role in maintaining the overall success of our store, working closely with our management team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Act as a leader and mentor to our store team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks and activities are completed in accordance with company procedures.
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with management and team members, providing regular updates and progress reports.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 1 year of retail experience, with a focus on leadership and customer service.
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Education and Certifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Relevant certifications or training in leadership, customer service, or retail management a plus.
