Corporate M&A Specialist

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a skilled and proactive mid-level associate to join their Corporate M&A team. This role is crucial for managing and executing various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, transactional documentation, and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and oversee comprehensive due diligence processes for transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate key transactional documents related to mergers, acquisitions, and private equity deals.
- Manage the overall M&A process, ensuring effective coordination and execution of transaction phases.
- Work directly with shareholders, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business and transactional law, including M&A, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and other complex transactions.
- Skills: Strong academic credentials, with prior law firm experience. Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills. Familiarity with M&A supporting technologies is preferred.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

- This role is available in either Nashville, TN, or Dallas, TX.
