Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate key transactional documents related to mergers, acquisitions, and private equity deals.
Manage the overall M&A process, ensuring effective coordination and execution of transaction phases.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business and transactional law, including M&A, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and other complex transactions.
Strong academic credentials, with prior law firm experience.
Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills.
Familiarity with M&A supporting technologies.
