We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a hotel front desk representative. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Act as a liaison between guests and the hotel, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest registrations, process payments, and handle room assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Upsell hotel rooms and amenities, promoting loyalty programs and special offers to increase revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient guest services.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
- Knowledge of hotel software systems and ability to quickly learn new technology.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
$13 - $14 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and additional compensation based on performance and tenure.
