Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key national retail, wholesale, and distribution accounts.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Create and implement sales plans, strategies, and initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior leadership.
  • Market Expansion and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the outdoor power equipment industry.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations with national accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in national sales account management, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods space.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets with large retail or wholesale accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and develop actionable strategies.
